By the end of this 3-day PRINCE2 v7 Foundation training, participants will:
During this interactive training, you will gain a solid understanding of the PRINCE2® v7 methodology and its practical application. Topics include:
- The 7 Principles, 7 Themes, and 7 Processes of PRINCE2.
- How to apply PRINCE2 to real projects.
- Roles and responsibilities in a PRINCE2 environment.
- Managing risks, stakeholders, and change.
- Tailoring PRINCE2 for different project types and industries.
Course Content
This 3 day course starts at 09:00 and finishes at ± 17:00.
Learning Approach: Lectures, group exercises, case studies, quizzes, and a mock exam.
Homework: you will need to set aside one or two hours of study time each evening after the course. This will ensure that you are well prepared for the exam.

Exam Details:
- Format: Multiple-choice, closed book.
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Passing score: 55% (33/60).
- Retake insurance (Take2) or 1 free retake if you fail at the 1st attempt included in your PeopleCert Membership Plus

Learners will receive their training materials in digital format, including:
- The PRINCE2 quick reference guide in paper format
- The official PRINCE2 v7 Learner Workbook (OTM) with activities, exercises, and quizzes

These materials are delivered in digital format. Participants are invited to bring their PC or tablet to the course, to make the most of the digital materials.
