There are no prerequisites or technical background required to attend this course.

About the Examination

Participants will take their exam at a date and time of their choice. On the first morning, we will provide you with an online remote proctored exam voucher which will allow you to take your exam at a date and time of your choice on the PeopleCert exam platform. This can be done through a simple browser. If you prefer to take the exam at our offices, you just have to fix an appointment with our staff.

The objective of the ITIL 4 Foundation examination to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework, to be awarded the ITIL 4 Foundation qualification. The ITIL 4 Foundation qualification is a prerequisite for the ITIL 4 higher level qualifications, which assess the ability to apply concepts understanding of the relevant parts of the ITIL framework in context.

  • Exam duration: 60 minutes (+15 minutes for non-native English speakers)
  • Closed book format
  • Number of questions: 40
  • Marks: each question is worth 1 mark, there is no negative marking.
  • Pass mark: 65% or higher (26 marks or above)

    Bonjour, j'ai 3 questions concernant votre formation : 1) je suis francophone et je vois que le support de cours est bien français, mais est-ce que manuel officiel ITIL est-il lui aussi en français ? 2) l'examen qui est proposé le 3eme jour est-il en français ? 3) passer l'examen le 3ème jour me paraît assez rapide. Quel est le pourcentage de vos client qui le passe à ce moment-là ? Et pouvez-vous me dire e pourcentage de réussite à l'examen à la suite de votre formation ? Merci

    Si vous vous inscrivez à une session en français, vous recevrez:

    - le support de cours ITIL4 Foundation en français en version numérique;

    - le Manuel officiel ITIL4 Foundation en français en version numérique;

    - l'examen ITIL4 Foundation de PeopleCert en français.

    L'examen se fait en effet en classe à la fin de la 3ème journée de cours. Nous avons de très bons résultats avec cette formule, avec 90% des candidats qui réussissent à la 1ère tentative avec un résultat moyen de 84%. Pour nos cours calendrier, tous les participants reçoivent l'option Take2 ou seconde chance à l'examen.

    Is zie dat er engelse lessen zijn (in Brussel) en Nederlandstalige cursussen zijn (in Antwerpen). Ik kan engels maar mijn moeder taal isNederlands. In welke taal raden jullie mij aan om deze opleiding te volgen. Indien ik Nederlands kies is het examen ook in hetNL? is de cursus materiaal in het NL?
