Objectives

At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:

Understand the principles and concepts of Project Management;
Apply Project Management methods and instruments into practice;
Manage a small or medium sized project;
Contribute to project success.

How-to-do gives a step-by-step introduction to concepts
Exercises allow the participants to put in practice the learned concepts. They can repeat and deepen the theory

Checklists show all the important points that have to be considered. These are also very helpful for the daily work.
Pitfalls show which mistakes not to do.

Duration

Once the access activated, it will be valid for 12 months. The average duration for completing the course is 12 hours. To finish the course, the learner must complete all lessons with a minimum of 80%.
