We deliver the official ITIL4 Foundation vouchers by PeopleCert. These vouchers are automatically delivered with the OTM (official training materials) and official manual in digital format. You can download the OTM and print it if you like. The official manual is only available online. You have access to this documentation through your PeopleCert account, once you have ordered your exam.

There is indeed no training.  It is only for the exam voucher !  With this exam voucher you do have access to a digital ITIL book and digital OTM (Official Training Materials).

With this exam voucher code you are able to book a time slot with a PeopleCert invigilator.

If it's the first time you take an exam through PeopleCert, you will first have to register and create an account.

After creating your account, you will be invited to redeem your exam voucher/code and will be able to choose your exam date and time slot, in function of the availability.
