PRINCE2 Agile® provides a solution for organisations and individuals who wish to combine the flexibility of agile concepts with the structured approach of PRINCE2 project management.

Participants will learn how to apply and adapt the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products in an agile context and will be ready to take your PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner exams.

Who will benefit from this course ?

This course will provide participants with management controls for agile development, while experienced agile practitioners will understand the governance requirements of PRINCE2.

This qualification is designed for PRINCE2 users who are practising Agile, or who want to become more Agile, It can also be beneficial to agile practitioners who wish to adopt PRINCE2 project governance to complement their existing agile practices.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for the Foundation level. For the Practitioner level, you will first have to successfully pass your PRINCE2 Agile v2 Foundation exam.

Exam vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. When receiving your exam vouchers, you will be able to redeem them on PeopleCert's website and choose your date and time for the online proctored exam.
