The ScrumMaster Fundamentals Workshop is the perfect introduction to Scrum/Agile for anyone new to the framework or for those having a basic knowledge.
This workshop will lay the foundation for an effective Scrum team and will provide participants with the knowledge and understanding of the fundamental Scrum principles and practices.
Delegates attending this course are prepared to take the “Professional Scrum Master level 1 (PSM I)” exam provided by Scrum.org.

During this workshop, you will learn to:
Extend the capabilities of your enterprise development teams through greater understanding and methodological deployment of Agile techniques.
Plan, initiate, and lead a Scrum project.
Establish a shared vision for the entire team.

Combined with presentations, exercises and real-life examples, participants will leave understanding how to apply Scrum to all sizes of projects.
This course is designed for those responsible for the successful use and/or rollout of Scrum in a project or enterprise. It will also prepare those who need a foundation knowledge for advanced training for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers.
To attend this workshop, you need a basic understanding of project management and/or software development.

Upon passing the assessment, you will receive the industry recognized PSM I Certification.
The assessment is online, each person registering individually.
