This eLearning is divided into 2 levels

Foundation

The Foundation level aims to confirm that you know and understand the basics and terminology. It covers the processes, roles and reaction to change. Also, strategies, types of change process and stakeholder management.

Estimated study time: 20 hours eLearning

Practitioner

The Practitioner level aims to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to apply the approach to your organisation. Includes, applying process frameworks, how to prepare for a change initiative, motivation and sustaining the chante process.

Estimated study time: 30 hours eLearning

Course Prerequisites

This course does not require any existing knowledge of Change Management.

This course is suitable for

General Change and Project teams, stakeholders or anyone wishing to know more about the approach.

Exam Details

The Change Management exams are APMG certifications. Participants will receive an exam voucher valid for one year and allowing them to take the online proctored exam at a date and time of their choice. Exam voucher also gives access to online mock exams to test your knowledge.

Change Management Foundation Certification:

Format: Multiple choice

Question numbers: 50

Time: 40 minutes

Pass mark: 25 out of 50 (50%)

Change Management Practitioner Certification:

Format: Objective testing based on case study scenarios (open book)

Question numbers: 4 (20 marks each)

Time: 2.5 hours

Pass mark: 40 out of 80 (50%)
