The Project Management Professional (PMP)® is one of the two main certifications for project managers in the world today.
This 5-day course is based on the "Project Management Knowledge Corpus Guide", 6th edition of the PMI® (PMBOK® Guide). Our course covers the context of project management, the 10 areas of knowledge in project management (integration, scope, schedule, costs, quality, resources, communications, risks, supplies and stakeholders) and the 5 process groups defined by PMI® (initialization, planning, execution, control and closure).
This 35-hours course is based on PMI®’s “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” 6th Ed. and fulfills the minimal education requirements for the "Project Management Professional" certification (PMP®) issued by the PMI®.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for new and experienced project managers, as well as experienced project managers who need to update their PMI standard knowledge and senior managers who supervise project initiatives.
To attend the course, delegates should have experience in project management and have a good knowledge of English.
To take the PMP exam, participants must complete an eligibility file on PMI’s website. If you are eligible, you will receive an authorization to take the exam. This process will be explained in detail during the course.
During the course, our trainer will inform you about the exam rules and specifications. You can already find many tips on the PMP certification on the “PMP Exam Guidance” page of PMI.
To take the PMP exam, participants must complete an eligibility file on PMI’s website. If you are eligible (based on project management experience and other criteria), you will receive an authorization to take the exam.
