About the KEPNERandFOURIE® Methodology

During our Foundation training, you will discover the unique aspects of KEPNERandFOURIE Foundation and understand why it is the preferred methodology for the IT Incident and Problem Management community.
The Foundation course covers four problem-solving processes, which are designed to:
- Enable IT professionals to determine the core underlying issue to be addressed to solve a problem.
- Provide the ability to approach any incident or problem confidently regardless of the level of complexity.
- Find innovative solutions through a uniquely designed solution finding process to remove causes and even solve seemingly unsolvable situations effortlessly.
- Provide a tried and tested “Tool-Set” to address the ever-changing situations in the IT environment.
