The ITIL 4 MP Transition eLearning course is aimed at all practitioners with significant experience in IT service management and who wish to develop their knowledge and application skills for ITIL 4.

Course Pre-requisites

To participate to this online training and to take the ITIL 4 MP Transition exam, you must be an ITIL Expert (v3) or hold 17 credits from the ITIL v3 credit scheme.

Exam Details

Closed book, 40 multiple choice questions, 90 minutes duration with a 70% pass mark.

Exam will be taken online with a remote web proctor. Extra time is available for non-native English speakers.
