The ArchiMate® modeling language, a standard of The Open Group, is an open and independent modeling language for Enterprise Architecture. With the ArchiMate language, Enterprise Architects are enabled to describe, analyze and visualize the relationships across business units, locations and domains, in an univocal way. Those who use the ArchiMate modeling language benefit from a common language to describe the construction and operation of business processes, organizational structures, information flows, IT systems and technical infrastructure.

The ArchiMate 3 Practitioner (Level 2) certification will verify that participants have acquired the knowledge of the basic and advanced concepts of Archimate, and that they have the skills and ability to use and apply the ArchiMate language for modeling.
