Wij hadden een ontmoeting met Ingrid Vael, verantwoordelijke voor computerbesturingssystemen en voor het Niveau 2 Dienstencentrum van het ziekenhuis "Grand Hôpital de Charleroi (GHdC)". Zij vertelde ons waarom zij de ITIL-opleidingen bij B2B Learning ging volgen en welke voordelen zij daaruit haalde. Hierna volgt het verslag van dit onderhoud.
