The AgilePM® certification is designed for professionals working in a project-focused environment who want to be agile. AgilePM® is based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM Agile Project Management Framework. This framework provides the ability to deliver agile projects in organizations that require standards, rigor and visibility around Project Management.
AgilePM will help you and your organization to deliver change faster, at a lower cost and with lower risk by continually validating project milestones against business objectives.
The full AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner course runs for 4 days and takes delegates through the 8 Agile principles. Those who wish can register for the 2-day Foundation part only.

Course & Learning Objectives

• Understand how to lay the foundations for successful agile projects within your organization.
• Get an advanced understanding on how to manage agile projects, leading to successful agile projects.
• Discover the different management styles you need to run successful agile projects in comparison with more traditional projects.
• Learn how AgilePM integrates and complements with other processes and methodologies such as PRINCE2.

Who should attend ?

The AgilePM® course is designed for project managers or those involved in a project or persons supporting a project. You may be adding AgilePM® to your knowledge of traditional methods such as PRINCE2 or you may wish to expand your knowledge of other Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, …).

Prerequisites

There are no formal pre-requisites for this course, however a first experience in project management is a plus.

Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner Exam

The Foundation Level is a multiple choice format with 50 questions. 25 marks are required to pass. Duration is 40 minutes duration (Closed book).

The Practitioner level has a 2.5 hours duration. It is an open book exam with 4 questions per paper, 20 marks available per question. 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) - 50%.
